For¡¡what¡¡reason¡¡the¡¡arbitrary¡¡power¡¡of¡¡Magistrates¡¡is¡¡greater¡¡in¡¡absolute¡¡monarchies¡¡and¡¡in¡¡democratic¡¡republics¡¡than¡¡it¡¡is¡¡in¡¡limited¡¡monarchies¡¡¡­Arbitrary¡¡power¡¡of¡¡the¡¡Magistrates¡¡in¡¡New¡¡England¡£
